This has been accomplished through Rod Jarman Associates Ltd, which is a young and diverse organisation made up of associates who contribute a wealth of experience from a variety of professional backgrounds and who together form an organisation founded upon a shared set of values and expectations, which can provide consultancy to private sector, public sector and voluntary organisations.
As a senior officer in the Metropolitan Police Service Rod has delivered a wide range of policing services and advised the UK Government, Prime Ministers and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales on policing, youth and community safety.

- National lead for Crime Prevention; Policing Mental Health and Disability; Police Officers in Educational establishments; and Implementation of Child protection procedures. Member of UK Governments’ Youth Task Force, working group on recruitment and working groups on police powers; advisor to Home Secretary on Crime Prevention and lead for a range of other national working groups
